I contacted Dylan from dylsal plumbing as I had issues with my hot water. The next day his worker showed up to inspect as spoken over the phone. Blake was really friendly, respectful and was honest with the problems as our heater had blown . Blake gave me an upfront and fair price and I accepted it . Our issue was solved promptly and within the next hour we had a brand new heater. Many thanks to Blake from dylsal plumbing. I would highly recommend Blake from dylsal plumbing.

I recently had a burst pipe in my home and called Dylan from Dylsal plumbing. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Blake arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. He was very knowledgeable and explained the repair process clearly. Blake done the work efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Great Service, Honest and Helpful.I faced a plumbing crisis last Saturday with two broken pipes, and I needed urgent help as the area was set to go under a deck on Monday. I called Dylan, and he was incredibly responsive and understanding of the situation. Instead of offering to fix them on the weekend, which would have cost more, Dylan suggested coming early on Monday morning to keep the repair costs low. He showed up right on time at 6:30 am on Monday and did a great job fixing the broken pipes, and he even took the time to explain how to backfill the area to protect the pipes from future damage. Overall I am very impressed with Dylan's service and I highly recommend Dylan for any plumbing needs.

Dylan has been amazing throughout the whole process.As we are a renter, Dylan was sent to try fix the drainage issue by our real estate. Once Dylan noticed the drainage issue requires strata to get their plumber in (on Friday 5pm), he proactively helped to liaise with my real estate agent and the strata management to get urgent fix in. The issue had stretched till Saturday. Dylan has followed up the progress all along and responded to us after hour even though the matter has actually been transferred to the strata, no longer under his responsibility, and when my real estate agent has been uncontactable and unresponsive since Friday afternoon!Dylan is a life saver when we felt so helpless and hopeless on Friday night and Saturday!!!

Dylan from Dylsal Plumbing is a legend. He came to our house the day we called him to inspect a blocked storm water drain that had flooded our basement. Someone stole my front yard water copper pipe setup for watering the Front Yard. The hold 🚰 setup had been broken off, copper pipe with the water tap 🚰 and the timber stake were all gone 😳.someone had broken it off completely.Called Dylsal Plumbing.They had a New setup installed in under 30minutes. Earlier in the year when it was raining continuously, my water heater decided to break down on a wet and windy day. Calling Dylsal Plumbing was one of the best decision that day. Despite a heavy work load due to the weather condition, Dylsal Plumbing managed to organize someone to attend to my problem promptly and eventually fixed it by replacing the heating element. Dylan and the team came around within 30 minutes, during the busiest time for plumbers, the NSW foods.Dylan quickly identified multiple issues and provided a quote of work within 24 hours. After Daniel’s great work updating our ensuite fixtures a few weeks back - We called him again after our very old hot water tank gave up. Daniel was able to come out and diagnose the issue that morning and within a few hours had installed a completely new unit at a fair price on a scorching hot day by himself. He even managed to take the old one away which saved a lot of stress for us. Will definitely use Dylsal again!
